The diocese of Mthatha is committed in the doctrine of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as deposited to the Church by the Apostles. We further believe that, by word and deed, we should advance and maintain our unity in diversity through the proclamation of the Word of God and his holy mysteries, and also developing our people to the fullest human potential for the alleviation of poverty and disease.
