Consecrations
The church at the new parish of St James was consecrated by Bishop Sitembele on 24th November 2013, when he also installed Revd. Mfanafuthi Ndakisa as the rector. See here for more details.
On Friday 6th December 2013 the old church at Mabheleni was deconsecrated, and the new church consecrated by Bishop Sitembele. See here for more details.
St Cecilia's Day
On 23rd November 2013, many of the archdeaconry choirs, and the diocesan choir, got together in the cathedral to celebrate St Cecilia's Day for the first time ever. See here for more details.
